Terms of Service.

1. Agreement
These terms govern an institute's access to and use of the EduOffice platform. By creating an account or using EduOffice, an institute and its authorized users agree to these terms.
2. The service
EduOffice provides school & college management software covering attendance, fees, salaries, results and communication, accessed through role-based portals for Principals, Admins, Teachers, Parents and Staff.
3. Institute accounts and responsibility
An institute's administrators are responsible for the accuracy of the information they enter, for obtaining any consent needed to add student, parent or staff records, and for managing which of their staff have access to which parts of the platform. EduOffice is not responsible for data entered incorrectly by an institute's own users.
4. Acceptable use
The platform may only be used for legitimate institute administration. Accounts may not be shared outside their intended role, used to access data the user is not authorized to see, or used in any way that disrupts the service for other institutes.
5. Fees
Pricing is agreed individually with each institute before onboarding. Continued access to the platform is conditional on payment terms agreed between the institute and EduOffice.
6. Data ownership
An institute owns the data it enters into EduOffice. EduOffice stores and processes that data solely to provide the platform's features to the institute.
7. Availability
We aim to keep EduOffice available and reliable, but the platform may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, updates or reasons outside our control.
8. Termination
An institute may stop using EduOffice at any time. Either party may end the arrangement in line with the terms agreed during onboarding. On termination, data handling follows the institute's agreement with EduOffice and our Privacy Policy.
9. Limitation of liability
EduOffice is provided on an as-is basis. To the extent permitted by law, EduOffice is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of EduOffice after an update means an institute accepts the revised terms.
